Installation for Adobe Acrobat Reader DC failed with "Application initialization error"

Hi, I tried to download and install the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version from Adobe official site but I am getting "Application Initialization Error". Any idea how to fix this? 

Any other way to get the offline installer for Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (64 bits)?
