Installation of different language version of Reader DC than is in the macOS

I tried to install an english version of the Acrobat Reader DC on the MacBook with macOS in czech language. I set the english version condition on the Adobe website to download a proper installer but in the end a czech version not supporting Document Cloud has been installed on my MacBook. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

    Open the application and go to Reader - Preferences - Language and change the first option (Application Language) to English.

    It's probably set to "Same as the operating system" currently.

    I tried it nevertheless in the language setup there is available no other option but "Same as the operating system".
