I had to erase my hard drive and reinstall all apps including one app which name I find in several different versions:
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Student and Teacher Edition (Mac, English)
2015 Relese (Classic) Version 2015.006.30527
When I log into my Adobe account online, I can see from where I can download the app. The problem is that once it starts to download, it gets to stage 2 (Read Me) and it freezes, i.e. the spinning wheel keeps spinning.
My question is: how can I download the app successfully? I have tried several times.
My computer: mac OS Monterey (Version 12.5.1) Intel
