"Es ist ein interner Fehler aufgetreten", was könnte das eventuellige Problem dafür sein?

ENG:

All the time when i try to open a .pdf File / Acrobat DC itself, an error message appears, which says:

"An internal error occured", is there any already known fix for it ?

Specifications:

everythings running under Windows 10 64-Bit.

Thanks for your help.

I followed the Steps with creating the DWord Value bProtectedMode aswell as checking the Permissions on the AppData, all are alright and working fine.

Is there any kind of log file for it ?
