iOS update broke Reader app

New Here ,
Jun 02, 2020 Jun 02, 2020

Hello,

I upgraded my iPad to iOS 13.5.1 today. I have been using the free version of the Adobe Reader app for my PDF library. After the upgrade, it seems that I can no longer save PDFs to my "Files" stored on my iPad. New PDFs appear under "Home," and the only option for saving them is to the Document Cloud. The app is fully updated as well.

My question: If PDFs are not saved under "Files," will they disappear from my iPad at some point? How can I save them to my device? Or has that functionality been eliminated?

Thank you very much,

Alan

It seems to have fixed itself. I can now open a PDF on Safari, click the same download/share button as usual, click on Acrobat, and then click "Import to Acrobat." I'm not sure what happened...

Good luck!
