ip address or domain for login authentication

We have our internet blocked, unless we specifically allow the website to be viewed.  I am trying to have the person login to the adobe reader application.  it states "A network error occurred while attempting to sign in" when they click sign in.

I have whitelisted adobe.com, adobelogin.com and acrobat.com.  but it keeps failing with the above error.

I need to know what additional domains or ip addresses need to be whitelisted to enable someone to authenticate thru the adobe DC reader application.

It sounds like this is DRM protection. If that's the case, you would need to contact the publishers of the file and ask them that question.

no. itis   not DRM protection.

The application Adober reader needs to be signed in to convert files.  The network is blocking signing on, unless I whitelist whatever site or ip address adobe is using to authenticate on.

I have tested the application out when the computer has full access to the internet.  But we can not allow full access to the internet on this computer.  We need to implicitly allow each and every website this terminal is allowed to access.

So no one from Adobe can help with this issue?  I need to know the domains or ip addresses that adobe sign in authenticates at so I can whitelist them.  The system is in a secure area where 'full open' internet is not allowed and only things whitelisted are allowed.
