Is Fill and Sign legally binding?

Hello,

I know very well Adobe Sign complies with the EU regulation regarding basic electronical signatures. My question is, "Fill and Sign" feature instead is legally binding as an electronic signature? Or as I think it's just a drawing of my signature and has no legal effect on a document as model/liability forms since it lacks identification/security/integrity/immutability?
