Windows XP from 21 years ago has long since reached End of Life (EOL).

You can try the steps on this help page from Adobe for installing older versions of the free Acrobat Reader to see if they go back that far (or not).

I would be remiss not to mention that EOL software does not get security updates, leaving your system vulnerable.
