Is there any way to ban printing as a pdf file?

I am e-book provider and we upload pdf files on internet website.

On our policy, printing is okay but printing as a pdf file is banned.

Cause if we accept printing as a pdf file, users will no need to come our e-book site.

Is there any way to ban printing as a pdf file? (only for pdf)

That would be a setting in your ebook app. Probably not.
