We have a problem with batch printing documents with Acrobat Reader 2024. The default application for pdf documents is Acrobat Reader on the computer. We select pdf documents in our software and print them in batches. Our software calls the application configured by default for PDFs on the computer. With Acrobat Reader 2015 documents are sent to the printer directly. With Acrobat Reader 2024, we must confirm printing for each document in an Acrobat Reader window before sending it to print. Is there a configuration for Acrobat Reader 2024 that must be set up to send documents directly to the printer in the same way as Adobe Reader 2015 does?

Hi @p_5732,
Sorry for the troubled experience and for the delayed response.
I see that the issue started to occur after you upgraded from Reader 2015 to 2024. However, it is not clear to us whether it started immediately after you started using Reader 2024.
If this issue started after some updates, please share the details and timelines. Also, let us know the current version installed on the machine.
Thank you for your patience, feedback and support.

The problems started when we installed the 32-bit version of Adobe Acrobat Reader 2024 on Windows 10. Then we installed the 64-bit version of Adobe Acrobat Reader 2024 (version 2024.005.20339). This version fixed the problem. Then we updated our Windows to Windows 11. Now the printing problem is back.

Hello @p_5732
I hope you are doing well, and thank you for sharing the details.
If the issue continues with the latest build of Acrobat Reader, please provide the following information: the current version of the operating system on your device, and the logs from the affected machine. To collect the logs, download and run the Log Collector tool. Make sure to select all log options and attempt to reproduce the issue. After that, close the Log Collector tool; it will generate the logs along with a log ID. Please share this log ID with us for further investigation.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.
