Issue with Incorrect Font Display in Adobe Acrobat Reader

Question

When displaying some documents, I cannot correctly visualize the Arial font (it only displays correctly when bolded, as you can see in the image below).

Moreover, the fonts of the different tools in Adobe Acrobat Reader are shown in italics, as well as the comments I make on the documents. I also show an image below.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. I should mention that I have tried installing older versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader, but the issue persists. Currently, I am using the latest version of the application.
