ITS CUTTING OFF MY PAPER WHEN I DOWNLOAD THE DOCUMENT IT PRINTS ON LEGAL BUT CUTS OFF I HAVE THE RIGHT BOXES CHECKED WHY IS THIS HAPPENING AND WHY CANT SOMEONE PICK UP THE PHONE SO WE CAN DO THIS ON THE PHONE INSTEAD OF TYPING!!!! I WAS TRANSFERED 3 TIMES TO BE TOLD THIS

The support line should have told you, There is no free support for free products, you can ask us.  We are just customers with some experience.

Please explain what is cut off. Please give your version of Acrobat Reader. Please give details. Please don't type in capitals.

THEY DIDNT THEY TRANSFERED ME 3 TIMES AND THEN SAID I DIDNT NEED TO PURCHASE IT I DID THINKING IT WOULD HELP ITS PRINTING LEGAL BUT CUTTING OFF AT THE END NOT PRINTING THE CORRECT DOCS ON THE SIZE!!!!!!!!!! I NEED HELP AND NO ONE CAN HELP ME!
