Issue with searching, copying and preferences

New Here ,
Aug 02, 2017 Aug 02, 2017

Hello, I have a probelm in my Reader, whenever I try to copy anything from any file or open the preferences it crashes down and turns to not responding.

Also when I try to search for a word it gives me an error message saying "an unimplemented or obsolete function was called" how to solve this ?

Thanks

What's your Reader version (exact number, you can find it under Help - About Adobe (Acrobat) Reader), as well as your OS version?

Hi Amrg,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please try to update the application to the latest patch released.

You may refer this help document Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader for more information on updates.

Also, try the troubleshooting steps provided here:

Check if this helps.

Let us know if you still experience the issue.

Regards,

Meenakshi
