Javascript issues with version 2019.010.20099

Hi

Today my Adobe Reader DC was updated on my mac and on my pc by version 2019.010.20099.

My 3D PDFs do not work anymore on pc and mac, the textures are not displayed anymore on the 3D models.

I have looked the javascript console and all images are null.

Can you please check this behaviour ?

Can we get a link to donwload the previous version while this version will be fixed ?

Hello Clintwestwood,

We're sorry for the trouble you had, please reboot the machine once and go to Adobe Reader's Preferences from Edit>Preferences>JavaScript>and select 'Enable Acrobat JavaScript'>Click OK, restart the application and check.

Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

Are you experiencing this issue with all the 3D PDF files or is it specific to one PDF?

Hello

I have two computers a PC and a Mac.

My pc is running Window 7 Pro 64 bits and my Mac OSX 10.12.6

I'm experiencing this issue on all my 3D PDF.

Yesterday, before the update everthing worked fine.

The javascript is executed by Acrobat reader but it fails to load images in the resources.

Each image are null

I have installed the latest version of Adobe Reader DC (2019.012.20034).

The problem is still here.

Did you at least test my pdf ?

I solved various problems with 3DPDFs by installing the 32bit version of Reader instead of 64
