JD Edwards shows garbled text when opened in a web page.

Have heard of issues with Adobe Reader and tried all the fixes that have been shown with no fixes.

Is there anything else we can try (Adobe updates, patches, etc.)?

Hi @Jorge28895888zhql that looks like either a corrupted or missing font on your system.

Are you an Enterprise client? If so you can have your Admin contact Adobe Support directly through the Admin console.
