jumbled text on received pdf
I have one vendor that when I receive her pdf document, it opens in this format. How do we fix and what is the problem.
They are the ONLY one.

Tell them to embed the font information when they create the pdf file. They are using a font that you do not have on your system (and even if you do, it may not make the connection) so they need to supply that information in the pdf file.
