Just bought the annual subscription but can´t activate it, any help please?

Hi, i had the demo program, and when the try time ended i bought the annual/monthly subscription, and when it is installing gives me the advice that I had that software installed, and if I continue It would be replaced by tis new one. I accepted it, but when it finishes, theoretically successfully, I try to edit a pdf document and it asks me for the serial number to activate it. But I already paid for this monthly subscription, why cannot do anything, as if i still were using the demo program????

I´m using a macbook pro, IOS Sierra version  10.12

Please, any help??

Sounds as if you may have downloaded the product for a permanent license not a subscription. What exact version do you have? You can find this from command+I on the app icon in /Applications.

Hi E.pelaez,

As mentioned above, If you have used the trail of Adobe Acrobat DC then you do not need to reinstall the application again.

there isn't any difference in the trial and the subscription version (both are same)

You just need to sign out and sign back in the application to activate it as "Subscription".

Please follow the help document to know more about how to sign out and and activate the membership.

Let us know if that doesn't work.

I have the same problem is this a glitch I don't have time to play around. If this is not working in an hour I need a refund.
