We are using Adobe Reader DC here and when using version 18.009.20050 the PDFs open properly. When using Reader DC version 18.011.20036 the same PDF files throws the infamous "problem reading this document (109) error." This is running on Windows 7 machines.
Any one have any info on this?
Thanks.
Steve

I followed this process of opening a Google Chrome window and with the folder window open next to it, dragged file over to Google Chrome - then downloaded to same folder....problem solved. Thanks KylesC27

I could not get to work and updates would not work. I tried everything. THen, I tried opening my problem pdf, and then clicked on "organize pages" mode. Then I created a seaparate new pdf from "blank form", then selected organize pages mode on that too. In organize pages mode in BOTH pdf, then go to your problem pdf and copy all pages into the newly created blank pdf, delete the original blank page, close, and it should then save normally.

Hi robf13089162,
Thank you for reaching out.
Could you please share more information about the issue? Does this happen with a particular file?
It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of what happened. Share the sample PDF so we can replicate the behavior. Share the Acrobat and OS version number in use.
We will get this checked.
Let us know if you need any help.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
