Latest version Acrobat Reader 23.0 stuck loading screen

The latest version 23.0 is installed on my updated computer. I can open a file but then a screen pops up which keeps loading. So I can't do anything..

I have removed it and installed it again. But the same thing keeps happening.

It is a windows computer, windows 11 if I'm not wrong.

Can anyone help me with this?
