@marc_0673  eeck! This issue where the activation code for a newly assigned Adobe license is being sent to the administrator instead of the intended user likely indicates a misconfiguration in the user's profile or the licensing assignment process within the Adobe Admin Console (https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/business/for-admins.html) . As the administrator, you should first verify the user's email address within the Admin Console to ensure it is accurate and correctly associated with their account. Next, revoke the current license assignment for that user and then re-assign it. During the re-assignment, double-check that you are selecting the correct user and that the system prompts you to send an invitation or activation link specifically to their email address. If the problem persists after re-assigning, there might be a temporary issue with Adobe's licensing servers or a specific setting in your tenant configuration that is redirecting the activation codes. In such a case, contacting Adobe support directly would be the most effective way to diagnose and resolve this unusual behavior, as they can investigate your tenant's specific setup and identify any underlying problems with the activation process.
