Link failure

New Here ,
Nov 03, 2024 Nov 03, 2024

I can't share a link to any files from both my accounts because an error keeps popping up "We weren't able to share your file. Please try again later". I have updated the app and repaired the installation, changed some security and general things in settings, tried sharing different files fromn different accounts and nothing seems to work. It also doesn't work while sharing by email or by adding other people to the file. What do I do?

I use Windows 10.Screenshot 2024-11-03 181600.png

Hey S. S,
I dont think it was related as the user had been experiencing this for about a week now

However, I did fix the issue by going into the Adobe Admin Console and deleting the user's Profile from our Company Dashboard and re-adding the user

Hope that helps anyone else experiencing the issue

Hi @Mitchell38605607chv3,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Adobe Services.

We were experiencing server issues at the time you posted the query on the community.

The servers are up and running now.

Can you try the workflow again and let us know how it goes?

Also, you can keep a tab on the server status for your own consumption here: https://adobe.ly/3IQmG4Y

Look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,
Souvik.
