LiveCycle ES2 Interactive Forms Question

We have a Fillable PDF Document created with LiveCycle ES2.  When the form is being filled out in an Adobe Reader (Tried both X on Win 7 and DC on Win 10) and the client fills out one section of the form by answering "YES" the table that populates next appears above the question rather than below...BUT-- only after following the ADOBE documented instructions to enable an ACC Form to Save/Print by selecting "Reader Extended PDF" and enabling "Additional Features"

If the "Additional Features" isn't enabled the table appears in the correct order. However we must enable this so clients can use the fillable form feature.

Can someone please comment on how I can resolve this issue.

Thanks
