Locked out: Unable to Change Username

Used to use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC with a University login. I since graduated and that login expired. The Adobe servers caught up and logged me out. Anytime I open a PDF I get this screen where it wants me to log in with my enterprise ID, which I don't have anymore. I cannot close the prompt nor can I ignore it and use the reader. When I first open the reader, I have about 500ms to click the user profle button in the top right and click logout. It begins the process but immediately haults and the Penn State prompt locks me out of everything else. A force quit is required each time to close the program. I uninstalled/reinstalled and also confirmed the permissions are set correctly in the SLStore and Adobe PCD folders to no avail. Send help.
