Hi,

I am unable to login into my account on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.( please see attached image). I have already tried the solution suggested in this post- https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/no-account-associated-with-the-email-address.html , but the issue still remains. I can log in with all other devices except for my PC.

OS details

Windows 8, 64 bit

Hi,

I can think of two things:

  • Go online and login with your user account in adobe.com   Check your current subscription and manage account settings; if you have an Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription and you've installed the product in two different computer devices, ensure that you chamge it to the one you are currently using with your Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Also you can update your account profile and check if there is a secondary email conflict associated with your account that needs to be properly associated with: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/edit-adobe-account-personal-profile.html

Thank you so much! @ls_rbls. You were right, I had adobe active in two PCs, so I logged out of one and now logged in on my laptop, which I generally use.
