Looking for the select tool

Hello,

I am looking for the select tool - an arrow - it was available until shortly ago. I want to crop this screenshot remove the white bar left from Preview after I created PDF in it.

Reader can't edit PDF files in such a way. You need the full Acrobat to be able to do it.
