Mac Adobe Reader does not recognize CAC reader which prevents signatures

I am trying to sign documents using my Military CAC but once I try to to do so I get the following screens:

 

 

Following that I tried checking these forums but it was all outdated information and nothing seems to work. I have tried to manually add the PKCS#11 Module to see if that worked but it didn't work. I don't know what to add there:

And this is happening in the following versions of Adobe and IOS: 

 

I already installed the driver for the smart card reader and it did not work. Lastly, my reader works with Safari and gives me no problems accessing military websites. this is only happening in Adobe.
