@ravinderg62643219 Does this update apply only to Acrobat Reader? Should those of us using Acrobat Pro also be seeing an update in Creative Cloud?

Hi @mdupras
This update applies to both Acrobat and Reader. But we have rolled out only patches which you can update from your existing version. The updated version is not avaiable for install via Creative Cloud currently.

Hello @Amal. — I'm am unable to complete these steps in order to update my copy of Acrobat Pro due to an error message I receive (Error: 1858) when I run "Help -> Check for updates." This has been going on for 2 days.
Today I went through a process of uninstalling all Adobe applications on my computer, ran the Adobe Cleaner tool, deleted all Adobe-related system files I could find, and restarted my computer. After that, I reinstalled only Acrobat Pro. I still got the same result.
Here is the log ID of a diagnostic I ran yesterday: c009ee75-0262-4fda-b17d-8d718e19a937
I would very much appreciate if someone would look into this and get back to me. I have attempted every technique outlined in this thread as well as other things I've found searching online. I am out of ideas.

Contact your bank. Tell them that because of Adobe, you can't read your bank statement. Let them bring down fire and brimstone on Adobe. Maybe then they'll do something about it.
