Mass convert PDF to Excel

You can use Acrobat Pro to run OCR on a scanned PDF file and then export it to Excel as a part of a batch process.

Whether the results are "without any errors" or not is completely impossible to predict as it depends on many factors. It's very unlikely to be perfect, though.

You ask too much. This will always be a hugely labour intensive process.
