How can I cancel my adobe mcaffe safe connect subscription?

@costantino_4533 Adobe and McAfee are separate companies. McAfee Safe Connect is often bundled as a free, optional add-on when you download or update free Adobe products! The issue is that the option to install McAfee is often pre-checked by default, and it can be easy to miss during the installation process. Even though you got the free trial or free version through an Adobe download, the subscription is a relationship between you and McAfee, not Adobe. Adobe is simply a partner that helps distribute the software. This is why you cannot cancel the subscription through your Adobe account.
One of the easiest way to cancel is to check your email for any receipts or welcome emails from McAfee. These emails should contain information on how to manage your account or subscription. Go to the McAfee website and look for the "My Account" or "Sign In" section. You will need to use the email address you used when you installed the software. Once logged in, look for a "Subscriptions" or "Manage Renewals" section. This is where you can turn off the auto-renewal.
Hopefully that helps. If you are having trouble finding your account details or are still being billed, your best course of action is to contact McAfee customer support directly. Since they are the ones managing the product and billing, they are the only ones who can help you cancel the subscription and process any potential refunds. It's a frustrating situation, but the key is to remember that the subscription is tied to McAfee, not Adobe, even if you first got it through an Adobe installer.

++ to the comments by creative explorer,
You can rather download the installer from here: https://adobe.ly/3HvUu6W
This link shouldn't have the McAfee installer bundled with the Acrobat Reader.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Souvik.

Unfortunately, I still haven't managed to cancel the automatic charge, Adobe says it doesn't handle the contract, while McAfee claims that the contract agent is adobe and so they can't suspend it

@costantino_4533 I would go back and look to see if there are any McAfee emails or log into their website account,
And see if you cancel on their end. Adobe can't do it for you
