Memorization in the clipboard

Hello,
I have a problem with the clipboard.
If something is copied and then copied later, what I copied earlier is pasted into the text (the clipboard is not cleared, it remembers everything that I copied).
What may be the problem?

The reinstallation of the program was unsuccessful.

What key do you use to paste?

CTRL-V or Windows-V?

CTRL - V or right mouse button > Paste

Windows clipboard OFF.

Clipboard function works fine everywhere else.
