I an using a new MacBook Air and working in MS Word, version 16.15.
have formatted up a 27 page Word document and saved it as a PDF ready for printing.
The new .pdf displays on the screen but pages are displayed in reverse order.
Via toolbar and help pages, have not found a work around on this.
Can someone advise me please, how to display the document in logical order ?
Appreciate your help.
Thanks,
warren

Print the document direct from Word. Is it also reversed? If so, check in Word's print options. We have heard that this option also causes PDF files to be made in reverse order.

Hi, thanks for responding.
After reading your suggestion, I went into Apple preferences, printers, nothing in there that would help.
Then went into Word preferences, print, and unchecked the ‘reverse print order’.
I then resisted my MBA.
I then opened the PDF document but it still displays last page first.
I’ll have to look further afield but thanks for offering your help.

If you have Acrobat (not the free Reader) then you can use this free tool I've developed to reverse the page order with a single click:
