Mouse Pointer Corrupt

Morning All,
I have an issue where multiple users are noticing that the mouse pointer becomes a corrupted square (See images) when using Adobe Reader.
I've followed the Adobe support doc
https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/mouse-cursor-changes-into-a-black-box.html
and I've also tried uninstalling using the removal tool
https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
but the pointer is still corrupted.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this?
Additional Info.
Users use Onedrive for My Documents.

Hi Richardlowery,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Ideally, this issue shouldn't have re-appeared after you followed the clean installation and suggestions from this link: Mouse pointer changes into a black box or square when moved over blank areas in a PDF document
Would you let us know the current version of Reader installed and, the name and version operating system installed? Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
Please check if you have any updates pending, to check launch Reader>Help>Check for updates. If there are any, install those and restart the machine once, before you check the issue again.
Also, launch Reader>Edit>Preferences> "Page Display" --> Check for Resolution and Rendering, try tweaking, before you re-check for the issue please close and re-launch Reader.
Last but not least, check if you have any updates pending graphics driver.
If you have found a resolution in the meantime, please update the discussion with your findings. Let us know if that helps.

We are seeing this problem also. And we have tried the black box correction and it didn't work. We will try the updates
