Guten Tag

Hi @lara_2723,
Thanks for reaching out. Adobe now provides a unified installer for Acrobat and Reader. Once installed, if the installer detects an Acrobat subscription on your Adobe ID, the app will become Acrobat.
More about Unified installer:
Overview of the Acrobat Unified Installer:
The Unified Installer (also known as the Single Client App or 64-bit Acrobat application) streamlines deployment by combining Adobe Reader and Acrobat Pro/Standard into a single executable package.
It simplifies installation and management across environments with mixed licensing, reducing confusion from separate Reader and Acrobat installs.
Installation Channels:
The Unified Installer can be distributed via five primary methods:
Key Features & Requirements
It is only available as a 64-bit installer; it automatically replaces older non-unified setups (Reader or Acrobat). The legacy 32-bit installers remain separate for specific legacy needs.
In enterprise environments, administrators are encouraged to deploy the unified installer across all users to accommodate mixed entitlements (free, Standard, Pro). Features activate dynamically based on user licensing.
The unified installer does not support serial-number licensing; organizations needing serial-based deployment should use the non-unified installer.
Running Acrobat in “Reader Mode”
For environments where users shouldn’t be forced to sign in:
Use a registry key or customization wizard to enforce reduced mode, allowing Acrobat to install as a generic Reader until a valid license is provided.
