My Adobe Acrobat Reader DC quits unexpectedly

Since last 2 week, once I open any PDF file, within 3 seconds, the file will close itself unexpectedly & then the following error message(picture attached) comes up, I deleted my current Adobe & redownloaded the latest version from adobe.com, but the problem remain. I am currently using Mac latest Mojave 10.14.2.

Help is very highly appreicated

Hi Steven,

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, please reboot the machine once and install the latest patch of Adobe Reader 19.010.20069 from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and check.

If Adobe Reader is still crashing, then use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove the installed Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Once Adobe Reader is installed, check for the latest update from help menu>check for updates.

If you still experience any issue, please create a test user profile with full admin rights and check.
