Need Acrobat Reader version 9 or above

New Here ,
May 18, 2017 May 18, 2017

I am running Windows 10 and I have the DC version.  I am attempting to download a college transcript and I'm advised that I need Acrobat Reader version 9 or above.  I thought that DC was okay, yet, I cannot download the transcript.  Any advice?

Hi patti6411,

As per the description mentioned above, you are getting a message to have Acrobat Reader 9  or above when trying to download transcript, is that correct?

Please refer to the steps given in the following link:

Error "The Adobe Acrobat/Reader that is running cannot … view PDF …" Adobe Acrobat and Reader

Do I need Adobe Reader if I just downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.0?

Adobe keeps asking for update to Reader 9 to view pdf in browser when Reader 11 is already installed

Keep us posted wit
