I'm in an environment with mostly 32-bit reader installed and trying to replace it with 64-bit in Intune.
When I set up reader on my personal test devices, it installed with the GUID AC76BA86-1033-FF00-7760-BC15014EA700, labeled as Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) but opens as Adobe Reader inside the app. I'm installing this using the MSI file extracted from the MUI for 64 bit reader found here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
However, in testing with some other users, I'm getting installation failures.
I'm seeing installations with these other users that reference the GUID ac76ba86-1033-1033-7760-bc15014ea700, which an Adobe employee has confirmed as the GUID for Adobe Reader 64 bit in another post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/adobe-acrobat-64-bit-update-error-1642/td-p/13364...
I also see actual installations of Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) (i.e. not Reader) reference GUID AC76BA86-1033-FFFF-7760-BC15014EA700, which was identified as Acrobat by the same Adobe employee, and which I also get when installing Acrobat.
Of course, all three have identical display names as well.
Looking for advice on how best to proceed.
