Need Help Installing Adobe Acrobat XI Standard

I was using Quickbooks 2014, and I needed to print a report, but it said it was unable to find a PDF viewer. I contacted QuickBooks support and found that Acrobat Reader DC is not supported by it, and so she told me to download XI which is supported.

I downloaded XI and tried to install it, but I have no Serial Number for it. It says:

Invalid Serial Number. This is not a valid serial number.

Please go back and re-enter your serial number.

Please help! I just need to be able to view these reports in QuickBooks!

    Uninstall Reader DC.

    Then install Reader XI.

    Download Acrobat Reader XI (free, no serial number), not Acrobat (paid, serial number required)

    Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    Select version XI from the dropdown box.

    I just ran QuickBooks update and the issue persists.

    I went to the link you suggested, and selected Windows 10, English, and went to download version 11.0.10. However, when I ran it, the Adobe Reader DC (which we already have) opened up, and QuickBooks still does not work. The QuickBooks Support person told me that Adobe Reader DC is incompatible.
