Need help with fillabel fields

Hello, I have a PDF that has multiple fillable Text fields, but when I upload the PDF into our system for people to fill out, their responses are showing up upside down on some of the fillable fields and not the others. A workaround I have found was to export the file as a png then export that back into a PDF, however the quality really decreases. Can anyone provide some guidance here

Ask those people to only open the file in Adobe Reader, not in Apple Preview, any browser PDF plugins, or anything else.
