Network connection timed out - mac

Help! I am completing a "fillable smart form" that has a "prepare for e file" button which flattens the form, making it uneditable. I've completed a number of these forms already, but now am having a new issue:

"An error occurred during the submit process. The network connection timed out trying to reach the server."

I have googled and tried every option I can find and nothing helps. I've deleted and reloaded Reader. I've checked settings. I've restarted multiple times. I tried using another form and had the same problem, so it doesn't appear to be the form. I've checked my network connections. All is well in connection land, except when trying to submit these forms. Can anyone shed some light? TIA

This situation seems to have resolved itself.
