I open a document this morning and was faced with the new Adobe Acrobat screen.

It [inappropriate]

The 'old' screen is completely functional for my needs, and works exactly as I need it to. Luckily after a bit of searching, I found an option to switch off the 'new adobe', but when open the program the first thing is another popup asking if I want to try the new Adobe!

How can I stop seeing this popup, and how can I assure I'm not forced in the future to use this program, like an auto update, etc.?

Adobe used to be about supporting people's creativity. Now it's about being flashy and selling us more crap

Adobe, quit trying to sell us crap, and force us to use updates when we don't want to!

Thank you so much for this. It solved my problem. I was about to cancel my subscription as it was so glitchy and kept freezing. Editing was a nightmare.

Acrobat Reader is turning inexorably into an advertisement for Adobe's subscription services that also shows pdf files.

Chiming in, I am so HAPPY to have my previously functional interface back!  I got the EOL message a couple of weeks ago, and thought well, here goes nothing. and it was FAR worse than nothing!!!

Total agree, the acrobat layout is terrible and it doesn't support actions, is horrbile to navigate and buggy as hell.

Glad I found this and was able to turn it off.

I wholly agree. Version 23.008.20470 is a disaster, the changes to the user interface and document presentation are a huge setback in the use of the Reader.  Leave the user interface alone. Everyone who uses it have spent significant time becoming familiar with the tools and their use.  The changes made in this version were unecessary, frustrating, and impossible to use.

Completely worthless piece of sh!t. Leave it to the morons that came up with the brilliant idea if totally overhauling the app, just because they could. Gonna be cancelling my subscription and sticking to using BlueBeam. Way to go Adobe soon you won't have any software left worth using. You suck

Enhancing Offshore Customer Service with New Acrobat: Streamlining Workflows

Hey everyone,

I hope you're all doing well! I've been exploring the new features of Adobe Acrobat and one question that has been on my mind is how the latest version of Acrobat streamlines offshore customer service workflows.

As many of us know, offshore customer service operations require efficient handling of documents and seamless collaboration across distributed teams. With the advancements in technology, I'm curious to know how the new Acrobat caters to these specific needs.

Are there any particular tools or functionalities in the new Acrobat that you've found useful for managing offshore customer service workflows? How does Acrobat contribute to improving productivity and reducing turnaround times in offshore support scenarios?

If you've had any experience or insights regarding this topic, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share them here. Let's discuss how the new Acrobat empowers offshore customer service teams to deliver exceptional support efficiently.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

It is absolutely horrible.   All I want to do is save a 3 page document and the save disk is shaded light grey.   There are 7000 other options.   The CEO should stand up and say I AM THE VILLAGE IDIOT and run away.
