New Adobe Acrobat and Reader June Updates!!

Discover the latest features and enhancements in the June 2025 Acrobat desktop release!! 

We are happy to announce that the latest Acrobat and Reader DC Continuous Track (25.001.20531 (Win) | 25.001.20529 (Mac), Classic Track 2024 (24.001.30254), and Classic Track 2020 (20.005.30774) are live now.

What's Included in the Update?

The most recent Acrobat & Reader update brings you the following:

• Exciting new features. 
• Bug Fixes.

To begin enjoying these new features immediately, update your Acrobat by navigating to the Help menu, clicking "Check for updates," and following the on-screen instructions to complete the update process.

Here are some of the notable features introduced in this release:

1. Translate documents with Adobe Express in Acrobat.

Share your documents in their preferred language with colleagues, customers, or students worldwide. Translate your PDF into another language with Adobe Express, without losing layout or formatting, or creating multiple versions.

To translate your PDFs from Acrobat, select Convert from the global bar, then select Translate this PDF.

Note: We're rolling out this capability in phases. It may not be available to everyone yet.

2.  Edit images directly on Windows 10 and 11.

On Windows 10 and 11, you can edit images directly from your computer without opening any additional applications. Right-click the image you want to edit and choose Edit with Adobe Express. This allows you to enhance your images quickly without stopping your current task, which helps you work more efficiently.

Note: We're rolling out this capability in phases. It may not be available to everyone yet.

3. Discover Acrobat with contextual help for your tasks. 

New users can easily access contextual in-app help while converting PDFs, e-signing documents, or organizing PDF pages. You don’t need to search or switch tabs for Help. Select Read Article in the contextual help to view the relevant article in a split window.

4. Share for review prompt after you comment. 

Now, after you add comments or highlights to your PDF and save it, Acrobat prompts you to share it for review. Share your documents in Acrobat for real-time collaboration on cloud-based PDFs. Everyone can review and comment on the same PDF, making it easy to track feedback and respond quickly.

5. Get started with an improved guided experience. 

If you're new to Acrobat, a step-by-step tutorial helps you explore key tools. You can now track your completion progress and view the remaining steps, making learning and completing tasks easier.

  • The option to disable the auto-opening of PDFs downloaded in Chrome is not working in Reader

• Printing: 

  • Unable to print any file using Adobe PDF printer

  • Print to PDF is failing using Adobe PDF

  • Acrobat crashes when printing PDF portfolios

• Stability: 

  • Acrobat crashes on launch
