Hi there,
I am trying to open secured files (from Intralinks). Normally, the pop-up log-in window will appear while I try to open the file and the area of ID and password will be displayed for keying in. However, my reader is only in blank as in the image below. Could you please help find the way to fix it so that I can open the secured file?
Many thanks.

I suggest contacting Intralinks. Maybe their plugin is not compatible with Reader DC (64-bits), or they have some suggestion on how to solve this issue.
