no option to convert to word

I paid for and have used this option many times. but today when I opened a pdf doc, the option for converting to word is gone. tried different docs but still no option to convert to word. on my laptop, word 2007. thanks.

As mentioned above, you are unable to see the option to convert to the word doc.

I hope that you have opened the pdf document in the right application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and signed in using the same email address under which you have your Export PDF subscription registered?

• You may refer to the help document Convert or export PDFs to other file formats, Adobe Acrobat  and follow the exact steps mentioned under it.
• Also, check for the latest update of the application under Help>Check for update.
• For testing purpose, you may login online on https://cloud.acrobat.com/  and try converting the document from there.

Akanchha, thank you. That was helpful. I now have to sign in, etc.

Previously, I only had to open the doc from my word directory,  and

there was a menu on the right side with an icon. Thanks again.
