no puedo abrir Adobe Acrobat Reader (no abre el programa)

Hola, / Hi

he desinstalado el programa varias veces, he aceptado las condiciones en el archivo EULA, he instalado el programa varias veces y reiniciado el ordenador pero el programa no se abre. Especifico que no es que el programa no me abra los documentos, en sí no se abre.

I have unstall and install the programe several times, I have accept the terms and conditions in EULA, I have restarted the computer.... Nothing works, the program would not start and I mean the program itself, the problem is not that it does not open de the document.

    Hello Tasha,

    We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, please reboot the machine once and use Acrobat cleaner tool to perform a clean uninstallation of Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Reboot the machine again and download the latest version of Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    Assuming you are on Windows machine, once the setup of Adobe Reader is downloaded, Right-click on the setup file and click on ‘properties’.

    Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/7 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation.

    Once this is done, restart the computer and right click on the Adobe Reader icon, choose 'Run as Administrator'.

    If the issue still persists, please create a test user profile with full admin rights and install Adobe Reader and check.
