Not able to install FontPack1900820071_XtdAlf_Lang_DC.msi

Dear all,

I am not able to install the captioned font pack necessary to open pdf-forms. As i opened the pdf-form, it directed me to download the captioned from adobe website. But once download, it says "a newer version of acrobat reader is required".

The acrobat reader, however, is already the latest.

Any help guys??

    Hi Ef,

    We are sorry for the delay in response.

    As mentioned that, while installing font pack you did receive error "A newer version is already installed". So the application error is shown due to a missing update for Universal C Runtime in Windows. Install the update using one of the following ways suggested in help article here: Error 1722 while installing/updating Acrobat DC/Acrobat Reader DC on Windows 

    Let us know if it still doesn't help!

    Or if you have managed to find the solution to this problem, do let us know your findings.
