When I open a document that has a digital signature (specifically from authentisign) the options for save and save other are gray and not available to use.
I talked with the digital signing software help team, they say I should be able to "save as other" I've tried a few things, but it won't let me save them.
Is there a setting that I need to change? Please help! Thank you in advance!

In Adobe Reader, you can use the " Save As Other" feature to save the PDF in Text, or Excel or Word online.
What are the options you are getting when you click on File>Save As other?
Please check the PDF properties from File menu of Adobe Reader>Properties>Security and see if the Changing the Document option is available and is allowed?
Also, Saving a digitally signed PDF invalidates the signature.
