(not) linked to Adobe account

When you have forgotten your password, do not read instructions to carefully because (in Dutch) they are confussing;)

the word "niet" (=not) should not be there. In English same mistake?

Just want to inform Adobe to suggest a change of text, but contacting Adobe is impossible?

However, the support for the Acrobat Reader is only available on Adobe Forums as its a free application.
