Not receiving notifications

Still not getting notifications on responses to my email address. I have to come here and check.

The settings here have it right and my email is correct for receiving notifications and should be getting notifications there. Why no notifications?

I used to get them and then they stopped for some reason.

We’re so sorry to hear about this. Can you provide more detail on what’s going on?  Are you not getting the Adobe forums notifications email or something else? Which notifications are you referring to?

Have you checked the junk/spam folder?
