Hi

I use Acrobat Reader DC()

Problem is I can't see it full page.

When I open the file, pop up the 'The dimensions of this page are out-of-range. Page content might be truncated.' comment.

And first pic is opening the pdf via Xchange viewer and second pic is opening the same pdf file via Reader DC

You can check under column bar(red box at second pic) and the end of the right side page(green box) via using Adobe Reader DC picture.

Please help me, how to set up the tool or can see it.

Thanks

Thank you for your answer.

Page dimension is around 5400mm. That's why it doesn't work well.

But my customer create this file, so I couldn't modify.

If you have some ideas for solving this problem? or I have no chance to check the file?

Thanks

Fix the file, tell the customer it is unsuitable for your needs. This limit has been in place for almost 20 years and won't be changed.
