Ok, I don't know if anyone has had this sort of problem before with my old laptop while using Windows 10 I could convert any file to PDF including Notepad, when I open Notepad it would give me the option of choosing to convert the file to PDF and save it to my desktop. Now with the new laptop I download the Acrobat PDF viewer and is total garbage when I open Notepad write something on it and I want to save it as PDF doesn't give the option. I tried contacting Windows they said oh we are so sorry but the only workaround for that is that you put your printer as a Windows printer and then you can save as a file from Notepad and convert it to PDF. Why in the heck would I want to go through all of that hassle!!! Does anyone here have a solution to this problem?
Thanks,
Carmen

Adobe Acrobat (for Windows) comes with the Adobe PDF virtual printer that allows you to create a PDF from any file you can print, basically. This is not a feature of Notepad by itself, and it's also not a part of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Yes, it should appear under Printers.
